Mission and Competence Requirements

As an HR strategist, you will be part of Telge's group-wide HR function — a team that works closely with the business and collectively drives the development of the entire group's HR work. You will have HR responsibility for one or more of our companies and be part of the respective company's management team, where you are a natural partner in both everyday decisions and long-term business planning.

The role is broad and varied; you will work both strategically and operationally across the entire HR area and support managers in everything from talent acquisition and leadership to culture, labor law, and organizational development. You will build relationships, capture needs, and translate them into solutions that make a difference for both managers and employees.

In addition to your company responsibilities, you will have a group-wide specialist assignment in recruitment and workplace environment. This means you will drive, develop, and ensure quality in these areas at a strategic level and contribute to creating common working methods that strengthen the entire Telge group.

Competence Requirements

This is a role for you who thrive in a consultative function, building trust through presence and attentiveness, and who can challenge in a diplomatic and respectful way. You work in a structured manner, have high integrity, and are confident in your profession. As a person, you are trustworthy, responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented, with a natural understanding of the business's needs. We are looking for someone who has:

  • a university degree in HR or equivalent
  • several years of experience in qualified and broad HR work
  • experience in developing working methods, processes, or methods within HR, preferably supported by statistics and data in analysis and decision-making
  • experience working in HR systems and sees digitization as a natural part of creating modern and efficient processes
  • very good Swedish in speech and writing
  • a B driver's license

Meritorious:

  • experience working strategically with workplace environment and/or recruitment
