About the position

At Perido, we are a successful consulting and recruitment company that enables the right person and organization to find each other. We have many clients with varying needs, but we always place great value on satisfying a customer and, of course, finding new ones! Our clients range from large well-known international companies to smaller local ones. We also find staffing solutions for various actors in the public sector.

Perido is located in the newly renovated premises of Batteriet by Mariatorget and has access to a lush courtyard, a large and well-equipped gym, ping pong tables, a game center, and proximity to restaurants. We at Perido believe that the best results come from working together in the office to build a strong community, and we are looking for someone who also enjoys working this way.

Your tasks

At Perido, you will encounter an atmosphere characterized by commitment, professionalism, and a strong team spirit. In the role of appointment setter, your main task is to create opportunities – you identify potential clients and book relevant meetings.

In other words:

  • Fill the calendar with quality appointments with potential clients.
  • Network – build relationships, create trust, and keep track of market needs.
  • Shape your working methods – set your own strategies and pricing plans. We trust your business acumen.

You are an important first contact in our business and a key person in the initiation of the sales process. How you choose to work is up to you – perhaps by making calls, using your network, or finding new ways to reach out. You will also become part of an engaged customer team where you work closely with consulting managers and recruiters who, together with you, drive the business forward.

Your social skills will take you far, while your interest in making deals will take you all the way to success. By being independent and fearless, you will quickly grow with us. You can rest assured that during your initial time, you will receive solid training in the form of support and coaching from close colleagues. Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in proactive sales/telemarketing/appointment setting
  • Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written communication

Scope and start date

Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
