We are now establishing ourselves in Luleå and are looking for a consultant manager who wants to be involved early and build a stable, well-functioning business locally. This is an operational role with a clear focus on delivery, candidate responsibility, and quality, for those who thrive close to both people and business.

You will be responsible for recruiting, taking care of, and developing consultants, ensuring that assignments work in everyday life and that both clients and consultants receive the support they need. The role suits you if you enjoy structure, presence, and making things work – for real.

Who we believe you are

You have experience from an operational role where you have worked closely with people, for example in staffing, recruitment, HR, client responsibility, or other businesses where follow-up, relationships, and responsibility have been central.

Experience from the staffing or recruitment industry is meritorious but not a requirement. For us, it is more important that you are comfortable in meeting people, meticulous in your work, and enjoy taking responsibility for the whole – from interview to functioning delivery over time.

You are structured, communicative, and have an easy time building trust, both with candidates, consultants, and clients.

What the role looks like

You will step into an early stage in your area and help build the business from the ground up. The focus is on creating a stable consulting and delivery business, where quality, work environment, and long-term sustainability are central.

In everyday life, this means that you:

• Recruit consultants – advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks

• Introduce, follow up, and support consultants in assignments

• Ensure quality in delivery and a good work environment for the client

• Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients regarding staffing, needs, and follow-up

• Work closely with the business and take responsibility for assignments functioning over time

• Contribute to building the business locally, as the delivery is in place

Practical conditions

• Salary: 33,000–40,000 SEK/month, depending on experience

• Driver's license: B driver's license required

• Car: Own car needed initially in the establishment

• Employment: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
