We are now looking for a summer substitute for Citizen Service. Our workplace should reflect the municipality's vision: a growing municipality with development, security, and quality of life as its main characteristics, where the municipality wants citizens to feel that the municipal organization exists for them.

Collaboration is a guiding principle within the municipality, with businesses, associations, and individual citizens, which we also want to reflect in Citizen Service. We should be perceived as welcoming to citizens, inviting them to influence how they want to resolve their matters or get answers to their questions, a meeting that takes place via phone, in our reception, or online.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will include:

• Being the first point of contact during visits to the municipality
• Providing good service in the form of information, advice, and guidance via phone calls or during visits
• Receiving reports of faults and feedback on the municipality's services
• Collaborating with departments to provide the best possible service and knowledge exchange
• Logging calls and cases in the case management system and reporting back to the departments
• Handling certain internal services. The work mainly consists of answering the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• A completed high school education of at least three years.
• Experience working in various IT systems and the ability to handle a computer and phone simultaneously.
• Experience in information searching on the internet and working in various digital channels.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from similar service professions that included customer meetings.

As a person, we are looking for someone with a service-oriented approach who always puts the customer's/citizen's needs at the center. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in an organization where development and change are a natural part of everyday life. Furthermore, you are flexible and have good prioritization skills. You enjoy a work environment where no day is the same.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:45 to 16:00 (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays)

Orientation will take place in weeks 21-24, with some flexibility regarding the days and times of the orientation if needed.
