In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of our clients' personal assistance. You will ensure, through our daily work with both perceived and formal quality, that your assistance assignments maintain good quality and standards. In good contact with the client, we ensure that the assistance is provided in a personal manner based on the client's conditions and possibilities. Your points of contact will also include both internal central support functions and external entities such as the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, trade unions, etc.

The role includes tasks related to:

• Quality work and documentation

• Finance and budget

• Personnel responsibility and employee processes for your clients' assistants

• Work environment issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in social contexts and creating good relationships

• Is service-minded

• Is a pedagogical communicator

• Enjoys independent work while also having good collaboration skills

• Is structured, good at planning, and solution-focused

• Has relevant education for the position in areas such as HR, behavioral science, social care, finance, or other fields we consider suitable

• Has experience working administratively in various systems

• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

• Experience in a similar role, as well as previous management experience and work within personal assistance, is an advantage. Additional language skills may also be beneficial.

More about the position:

The position is based at our office in Luleå, and joint meetings may also take place at our offices in Piteå and Boden.

The position is full-time, and the work is Monday to Friday.

Travel is included in the position, where overnight stays may occur. There will also be some work scheduled in the evenings for meetings and client activities.

Start date: By agreement.
