We are looking for an accounting economist for a company in a growth and development phase for a broad and operational role within accounting and closing. The role combines ongoing accounting work with a clear focus on improving and further developing processes and methods within the finance function.

You will work closely with both the accounting team and other functions in the organization, contributing to accurate reporting, follow-up, and analysis in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting

• Reconciliations and accruals

• Monthly closings and reporting

• VAT reconciliation and declaration

• Participation in annual reports and audits

• Involvement in system changes and development of routines and processes

Profile

• Relevant financial education or equivalent experience

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in qualified accounting

• Good overall understanding of accounting flows

• Very good Excel skills

• Experience with system changes (SAP S/4HANA is a plus)

• Knowledge of K3 (IFRS is a plus)

• Experience with fixed assets and high transaction volumes

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The assignment starts as a consulting assignment for the first 6 months, with the ambition of direct employment with the company thereafter.
