We are now looking for a driven and curious controller to join our Controller unit.

We are looking for

An analytical and solution-oriented controller who wants to contribute to the efficient and sustainable use of resources within healthcare and its support functions. You have a strong interest in operational data and financial analysis, and you are driven by developing processes and creating value through insightful decision-making support. You are attentive and communicative, which allows you to create good collaborations and strong relationships with colleagues from different parts of the organization.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a degree in economics at the university level or several years of experience working independently in financial management and data handling in a larger organization. You have good digital skills and experience working with analytical tools (e.g., Excel and Business Intelligence tools). You also have the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing and have an interest in the flows and operational data of healthcare.


What you will work with

As a controller with us, you will play a central role in analyzing and following up on finances and productivity. You will work closely with the management and leadership teams of the operations to support budgeting and planning work, forecasts, and cost analyses, as well as assist with qualified operational analyses and decision-making support.

In your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the region's financial processes and our role as a strategic support function.

Organizationally, you will be placed in the Controller unit, where you will be part of a team of 25 competent and engaged controllers and operational controllers. In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with the management of the healthcare operations, where you will help create financial conditions for modern and sustainable care.

Information about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment, Monday to Friday. There is an opportunity for remote work to some extent. Travel may occur in the work. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
