Summer Intern – Project Administrator at BDX Miljö

BDX Miljö is looking for someone to work as a project administrator and support our operations during the summer period. Are you structured, service-oriented, and curious about administrative work in a business-related role? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

What will you work on as a project administrator with us?

As a summer intern with us, you will work alongside your colleagues, receive orders, and provide service to our customer and supplier contacts. You will also assist with other administrative tasks related to our assignments.

Your tasks will include:

• Receiving and registering orders
• Managing customer and supplier contacts
• Creating documentation for invoicing
• Working in our business systems and supporting documentation
• Contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is studying or has recently studied in areas such as administration, economics, logistics, technology, or a similar field – or has an interest in administrative work.

Your profile:

• Detail-oriented and structured
• Service-oriented and communicative
• Comfortable working with computers and digital systems
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• High school diploma
• Experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Driver's license (B)
