We are now looking for a senior payroll consultant for a consulting assignment at a company in Boden. The assignment is expected to last 6–12 months, starting immediately or as soon as possible. This position is suitable for those with 5–10 years of experience in qualified payroll work in Sweden. We are looking for someone who wants to be temporarily employed by Newr or someone who has their own company and wishes to invoice.

In this role, you will work end-to-end with the entire payroll process for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. You will be an important part of a team that handles payroll for approximately 700 employees.

Examples of tasks

• End-to-end payroll management for white & blue collar

• Interpretation and application of collective agreements

• Ensure correct handling of time, absence, tax, and pension

• Contact with managers, employees, and external parties

• Work in systems such as Visma/Medvind and related systems

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience in payroll administration in Sweden

• Is self-driven, structured, and confident in their skills

• Has good knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and collective agreements

• Is accustomed to working in environments with both white-collar and blue-collar workers
