OnePartnerGroup is now looking for a meticulous and communicative finance assistant for one of our client companies – a stable and growing company operating in a future-oriented industry.

You will initially be employed by OnePartnerGroup and work on assignment for the client, with good opportunities to eventually transition to direct employment with the client.

As a finance assistant, you will work broadly with financial administration and be an important part of the company's finance function. You will handle ongoing tasks with quality and precision, while also interacting with internal and external contacts in a professional, diplomatic, and ethically correct manner.

Examples of tasks:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Handling of incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciliations and ongoing bookkeeping
• Administrative finance-related tasks
• Contact with suppliers and internal functions

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in finance, such as vocational training, university, or college
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good ability to express yourself diplomatically, clearly, and professionally
• A meticulous and structured work style
• Good collaboration skills and social confidence in contact with others

Experience as a finance assistant or similar is an advantage but not a requirement if you have the right education and a strong interest in finance.
