JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a school administrator, you have an important role in meeting with staff, guardians, other functions in Kiruna municipality, and external actors. The work mainly involves administration of the operations with child placements, personnel and payroll administration, visits from guardians, and communicative tasks. Other duties may occur. You are an important employee in ensuring that the daily operations in preschool function. The work pace varies throughout the year, with certain periods placing higher demands on structure and flexibility. Your primary workplace will be at Björkplan. You will be part of the municipality's group of school administrators who collaborate and support each other in the work and, if necessary, substitute for each other during short absences.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you, as an applicant, have a high school education in economics or administration and several years of experience in administrative tasks. Alternatively, other education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing and possess good knowledge of digital systems. It is advantageous if you are used to working in Edlevo and Agresso. You are a good organizer and are structured. You are proactive and identify areas for development and take the initiative for improvement efforts. You are flexible, service-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
