About the role

The HR department currently consists of an HR manager and two HR Partners who together are responsible for most of the group's HR work. As an HR Partner, you will work both operationally, administratively, and strategically, and be an important support to managers and leaders throughout the organization.

Your tasks include:

  • Driving and supporting managers in recruitment and talent supply
  • Drafting employment contracts and supporting our onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensuring correct application of collective agreements
  • Providing support in labor law matters
  • Working with complex HR and personnel issues
  • Preventive health work and rehabilitation
  • Advising on workplace environment issues and systematic workplace environment work
  • Training, coaching, and developing managers in leadership and HR-related matters
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes, working methods, and routines
  • Working in and further developing HR systems and personnel administrative processes
  • Handling ongoing HR administration

The role is independent, varied, and involves many points of contact within the organization, such as our payroll department. The HR function primarily works operationally but also strategically on behalf of management and the board.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified, operational HR work and who is confident in the role of advisor to managers and leaders. You have good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements and are used to independently driving HR processes and personnel matters. If you have also worked in the industry, that is a plus.

You have experience in
  • Conducting recruitment processes in close collaboration with managers
  • Drafting employment contracts and other legally binding documents/contracts
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Interpreting collective agreement issues
  • Labor law assessments
  • Talent supply and development
  • Handling both simple and complex HR issues
  • Training and advising managers and leaders

It is advantageous if you have worked with HR systems, digital tools, and personnel administration to complement our team as effectively as possible. As a person, you are meticulous, communicative, relationship-building, and unpretentious. You work in a structured manner, are flexible, and have a solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You have a business-oriented perspective and always work with the best interests of the organization in mind. Relevant academic education or equivalent experience is required.

Practical information
  • Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
  • Start date as agreed
  • Full-time position (100%)
  • Location: Piteå (Lövholmen), Luleå (Örarna), or Sikfors
  • Travel to other workplaces may occur
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
  • Background checks are a natural part of this recruitment process
  • We have a collective agreement

A driving license (B) is required. Good computer skills are necessary.
