We are now looking for a receptionist who is passionate about service, people, and sales – and who wants to be an important part of our team.

Kroppsbalans was founded by Anneli Selberg, whose passion for natural healing powers took shape in her childhood with her grandmother in Armasjärvi in Tornedalen. Her childhood was marked by the scent of berries, healing plants, and stories about her grandmother's “healing hands” – an experience that shaped Anneli's entire path in massage and healing treatments.

After starting Kroppsbalans in Gothenburg in 2000, Anneli returned to her northern roots. Since 2008, she has been running Kroppsbalans in Luleå, and from 2022 also in Boden, together with a large and experienced team that works with treatments supporting the body's natural self-healing ability – always inspired by the power of the Arctic nature.

Kroppsbalans offers a wide range of services, including:

• Relaxing massage
• Results-oriented treatments
• Signature treatments (e.g., The Power of Swedish Lapland)
• Sauna & relaxation
• Personal training and yoga
  

As a receptionist, you are the hub of the business — the first contact customers have, both in-store, over the phone, and for booking inquiries.

The job includes at least one weekend per month and sometimes two weekends. Working hours are Saturdays 11 AM - 4 PM and Sundays 12 PM - 3 PM. Full-time during weeks 28-31, 9 AM - 5 PM on weekdays. Weekend work starts from the beginning of August. Possibly some weekends during spring 2026 and training.

• Manage bookings and customers.
• Meet, guide, and welcome customers with confidence and warmth.
• Have good knowledge of treatments and product range to provide professional advice.
• Actively work with sales and create long-term customer relationships.
• Perform simpler administrative tasks, cash handling, packing goods, cleaning of various kinds, and other store-related tasks.

Formal requirements

• Has another main occupation (studies, another part-time job).
• Can work Saturdays and Sundays 1-2 weekends per month and full-time during July.

Meritorious

• Experience from service professions (reception, retail, hotel, etc.).
• Knowledge of different types of massage or parts of Kroppsbalans service offerings.

Personal qualities

• Warm, present, energetic, and professional in customer interactions.
• Structured, self-driven, and relationship-building.
• Interested in health, wellness, and sales.
