Are you an experienced payroll administration expert who thrives in a dynamic and international environment? Do you want to help build something truly unique at one of Sweden's most exciting industrial players? Right now, we at Randstad are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant for a consulting assignment of 6–12 months with our client in Boden. As a consultant through Randstad, you will have the opportunity to work at the heart of the green industrial transition. In the role of Senior Payroll Consultant, you will have overall responsibility for payroll management and ensure that the processes maintain the highest quality. The role is a consulting assignment for 6-12 months with a start as soon as possible by agreement. The position is full-time, and you are expected to be at least 50% on-site in Boden. Selection and interviews are ongoing. For questions, contact [email protected]

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the entire flow for both salaried employees and workers. Your daily tasks include:

• Ensuring correct handling of time reporting, absence, and payroll data.
• Collaboration with external payroll providers and authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with Swedish payroll legislation, taxes, pensions, and social insurance.
• Interpretation and application of collective agreements.
• Acting as advisory support to managers and employees on payroll-related issues.
• Actively contributing to improving and documenting payroll processes for the future.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of work experience in payroll administration in Sweden.
• Good knowledge of Swedish payroll regulations and collective agreements.
• Fluent English and Swedish are a requirement.

Meritorious:

• Relevant education.
