HR Department, G1
As an HR Officer at Boden Artillery Regiment A 8, you will belong to the HR Department (G1), which is part of the regiment staff. The HR Department consists of 10 people, including 2 military officers and 8 civilians. The department is responsible for the management and coordination of HR/personnel services and working environment at the regiment.
Main Responsibilities
As an HR Officer, you will work closely with our two HR generalists and play a central role in supporting managers and employees in their daily work. You will be one of the key persons in maintaining high quality and accuracy in our administrative processes.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Managing data in the Armed Forces' support systems as well as in the Office suite
- Supporting managers and employees with administrative matters and inquiries
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Handling tasks related to the department such as error reports and purchases for the department
- Managing the unit's personnel records
- Ensuring compliance with the Defense Data Act and the Armed Forces' internal regulations regarding personnel records
- Processing requests for extracts from the register and public documents
- Drafting decisions, such as employment decisions
- Updating and developing routines and processes
- Supporting the unit's ceremonies with invitations and personnel lists
There is an opportunity to develop within the position by eventually conducting security clearance interviews and training new employees in the HR area.
To meet the Armed Forces' requirements for physical standards, physical training is included as part of your job responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or training/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Driving license B

As a person, you have a very good ability to work independently but can quickly switch to being part of a team. You are meticulous, structured, driven, and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have a service-oriented approach and understand the importance of confidentiality. We expect high personal integrity and the ability to build good relationships where trust and confidence are key. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in personnel administration
- Previous experience working in support systems

Employment type: permanent. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not employed by the authority.

Start date: by agreement
Working hours: mainly daytime 07:30-16:30, but evening and weekend work may occur. Internal training and travel may occur.
The position is civilian and involves a military placement.

Boden Artillery Regiment, A 8, is the Armed Forces' competence center for indirect combat. The regiment preserves and develops competencies, materials, and methods for future capabilities to detect and hit targets at long distances with high precision. A 8 has functional responsibility for CAS (Close Air Support) - to lead air support against ground targets and for weather services within the Army in the Armed Forces. Combat in winter conditions is a particular competence for the unit in Boden.
