As a case officer in our operations, you will work with decisions based on the Social Services Act.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will handle cases for individuals in need of care and service interventions. With us, you will have a varied job, where you are responsible for the entire case management process and where you drive your work forward yourself. The position involves contact with people who have different needs, where you investigate their right to various interventions based on their life situation.

You will inform, investigate, assess, and decide on interventions according to current legislation. The work also includes follow-up and reassessment of previously decided interventions as well as regular tasks related to case management and surrounding processes.

As a case officer, you will have many different contacts with individuals applying for interventions, their relatives or representatives, authorities, organizations, as well as providers and other relevant partners both internally and externally. You may also represent the operations in various groups, both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:
• Degree in social work or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Personal suitability
• Valid driver's license B and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Meritorious:
• Experience in public authority work

The job requires good communication skills, which means that you can express yourself clearly and structured in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as document what the operations require.
