We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in social work with authority within IFO, focusing on children and youth in social services. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing and are computer literate.

About the Role

As an experienced social worker for children and youth in Hässleholm, your main task will be to assist in writing and finalizing investigations according to SoL. The starting point is a child rights perspective, current laws, and guidelines, and we focus on ensuring legal certainty in our investigations according to the routines and checklists we have.

The position is a part-time employment that can vary in hours depending on workload. The position will also expand to include responsibility for your own investigations during high inflow, as well as other administrative tasks related to regular processing.

About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and solid experience working with children and youth in social services. You have a good ability to meet people in various situations, express yourself in speech and writing, and feel a genuine commitment to contribute with investigations that meet all documentation requirements based on BBiC and RBM (risk, protection, and receptiveness). If you also have knowledge of Signs of Safety, it is an advantage.
