JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a child investigator, you will work with authority according to SoL and LVU. You will investigate children's needs for protection and support, conduct conversations with children and guardians, collaborate with other actors, and follow up on decided interventions. The work requires both independence and the ability to collaborate in complex cases.

You will be part of a workgroup where we actively work on quality, method development, and collegial support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a social worker
• has experience working with children and youth, preferably in authority roles
• has a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
• can work systematically even in pressured situations
• has a professional and respectful approach

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are secure in your professional role, have good collaboration skills, and can make decisions in difficult situations.
