KABIT is a privately owned company that conducts HVB & Support Housing activities.

You have experience working with children/youth/adults in a people-oriented profession. We see that you have knowledge in the area of neuropsychiatric functional variations. At KABIT, we have extensive combined expertise in social issues and neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF). Our knowledge and experience are used to customize and tailor interventions for each youth and family, regardless of the type of intervention. This creates opportunities for lasting change.

We are based on a systemic foundation, have a solution-focused mindset, a low-arousal approach, and are experts in functional variations. We tailor solutions that fit the youth and their family.

We have created smaller HVB units with home-like conditions consisting of five places for children/youth aged 14-19 years. We also have a Training Housing service that is staffed around the clock. Within the Training Housing, we offer individualized solutions in apartment living with varying support based on the youth's needs and circumstances.

We are now looking for staff who want to work awake nights within one of our HVB operations.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, stress-resistant, has the ability to work independently and in a team, and has a solution-focused mindset.

You should be responsible and organized and have great collaboration skills. You will support children/youth in daily activities, during events, set boundaries when necessary, and work in a motivating manner. It is required that you are a secure and stable person with great patience.

Documentation regarding the youth's development is done in Journal Digital, so it is important that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing. We work with case management where the contact person has a key role for the youth regarding treatment plans, treatment conversations, and planning. We have external supervision continuously and provide further training for staff to offer a broader competence.

We work according to a 4-week schedule for night staff.

The operation is located in central Hörby, which simplifies commuting.
