JOB DESCRIPTION

Within Social Psychiatry, we work with adults who have a mental and/or neuropsychiatric disability that affects their daily life. As a housing supporter, you will work in a motivating/supportive/training capacity - with pedagogical and social interventions. You will support individuals in planning, executing, and participating in daily tasks. You will meet individuals in or near their homes in Simrishamn Municipality. Would you like to join us?

QUALIFICATIONS

Much of our work is documented digitally, so you need to have:

• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills and an interest in developing these
• A B driver's license is an advantage and a requirement in some areas but not all.

• Responsible, as we are responsible for people, it is especially important to be on time, keep agreements, communicate your needs, and ask if you do not understand something.
• Relationship-building, as you will work with and for others. You see the value in creating a good atmosphere with both the users you will assist and the colleagues you will collaborate with.

There is also the opportunity to work on an hourly basis both during the spring and after the summer. You will receive both training and introduction to help you feel secure in your role.
