We are looking for a summer substitute in our team in Eslöv for a 48-year-old woman.

The person you will be working with is a cheerful and positive woman with a heart in the right place!

Job Responsibilities

These consist of providing personal care, which mainly includes hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as meal situations, and transfers to and from a wheelchair. In between, you will assist with training, communication, household chores, and activities both inside and outside the home.

Working Hours

The work is scheduled for all hours of the day with sleeping on-call at the workplace.

The shifts are primarily scheduled from 07:45-15:45 and 15:30-08:00 (this shift includes sleeping on-call).

We are looking for:

- You with a positive personality who wants to be active, is independent, and wants to have fun at work.

- You who feel that you can already or can learn to handle a personal lift and other aids.

- You who have good Swedish and are willing to learn to communicate with the person you are working with.

- You who can work during the summer from week 25 to week 34.

- Perhaps you who are going to university and need a summer job for a few years?

Meritorious

Experience as a personal assistant.

Experience with aphasia.

Interest in music and perhaps can also play an instrument.

Enjoys going for walks.

Driving license B.

Scope

The position varies from approximately 50-100% during the holiday period, and afterwards there is the possibility of more substitutes during other holidays or illness. A collective agreement exists.

Of course, you will get to shadow the regular staff so that you can get to know each other and the routines and aids available.
