I am a 28-year-old man who enjoys walking, horseback riding, cycling, swimming, and running as part of my daily routine. My goal is to be active every day with my assistant, and it is important that we share a common interest in health and fitness. I appreciate when my assistant is creative and comes up with enjoyable outings together, such as visiting museums, train trips, barbecuing, etc. In addition, I have interests that include fine motor skills, such as painting, puzzles, and other fun crafts.

If you are going to work with me, it is important that you get to know me for who I am and understand my support needs. You need to allow me to prepare for what will happen and not put me in situations that may involve sudden changes. I have my weekly schedule where my activities and meals for the week are planned together with my team - Clarity is important to me, and that you approach me with care and warmth.

I am looking for someone who can develop me through physical, intellectual, and social stimulation so that I can have a safe everyday life where I feel good. I need to have my assistants with me around the clock, with the schedule based on varied working hours. When I sleep, you will work during on-call hours, and when I engage in my activities in the community, I have two assistants with me.

• REQUIREMENT: Experience in personal assistance
