Personal Assistant to a Man in Malmö (Hyllie)

On behalf of our client in Malmö (Hyllie), we are looking for a part-time personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes. As a personal assistant to the client, you play an important role in his daily life. You are proactive, have the ability to be creative, but also know when to take a step back when the situation requires it. You will support and assist the client with personal care and transfers, among other things. An interest in music is a plus, and you enjoy doing activities together with the client.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is interested in a part-time position with the possibility of a fixed schedule
• Ideally has experience in personal assistance or has worked in healthcare before
• Has a good command of English

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy. Heavy lifting and transfers may occur. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions. You are responsible and easy to collaborate with. You have the ability to take a step back when needed. You are good at motivating others and enjoy challenges in your work.

You can work days, evenings, and weekends. Personal assistance is provided at all hours of the day. Experience in personal assistance is an advantage. You will be part of a team that works together with and for the client.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks related to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
