KABIT is a privately owned company that operates HVB & Support Housing services.

You have experience working with children/youth/adults in a people-oriented profession. We expect you to have knowledge in the area of neuropsychiatric functional variations. At KABIT, we have extensive collective expertise in social issues and neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF). Our knowledge and experience are used to tailor interventions for each youth and family regardless of the form of intervention. This creates opportunities for lasting change.

We are based on a systemic foundation, have a solution-focused mindset, a low-arousal approach, and are professionals in functional variations. We customize solutions that fit the youth and their family.

We have created smaller HVB units with home-like conditions consisting of five to six places for children/youth aged 14-19 years. We also have a Training Housing service that is staffed around the clock. Within the Training Housing, we offer individualized solutions in apartment living with varying support based on the youth's needs and circumstances.

We are now looking for a colleague for the Training Housing, which is our support housing. The target group for the service is girls and boys aged 16-20 years. Due to the composition of the group, we prefer female applicants.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, resilient, has the ability to work independently and in a team, and has a solution-focused mindset.

You should be responsible and organized, as well as have strong collaboration skills. You will support the youth in daily tasks, during activities, set boundaries when needed, and work motivationally. It is required that you are a secure and stable person with great patience.

Documentation regarding the youth's development is done in Journal Digital, so it is very important that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing. We work with contact person assignments where the contact person has a key role for the youth regarding treatment plans, treatment conversations, and planning. We have external supervision continuously and further educate staff to offer broader competence.

We work with a 6-week schedule and the position includes journal duties as well as working days, evenings, and weekends.

Working hours are approximately 85%. Start date as soon as possible, and applications will be processed continuously.
