JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be involved from the start and build a service with quality, commitment, and heart?

We are now looking for dedicated and driven employees for the startup of our new LSS residence on Ramsbovägen in Skivarp.

About the service:

Ramsbovägen is a newly built single-story LSS residence with two services.

The first part, with 5 apartments, will start in September 2026.

The second part, with 3 apartments, will start in 2027.

The residence is built by Emrahus and designed with cognitive accessibility in focus. The apartments are filled with thoughtful and invisible adaptations that strengthen the residents' independence every day. The environment is created to reduce stress and conflicts while providing space for recovery and professional conversations.

When the staff feels good, the residents feel better; this is a self-evident starting point in our work.

We are looking for a team of a total of 6 people:

• 1 support pedagogue
• 5 support assistants

The positions are full-time and involve scheduled working hours day/evening/every other weekend.

Two of the positions are awake night shifts.

As an employee, you will provide support in areas such as:

• Planning and implementing daily and weekly activities (shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.)
• Mapping and developing sustainable routines and structures
• Establishing implementation plans, response plans, and emotion reduction plans
• Documentation and follow-up
• Personal hygiene and care
• Leisure activities

Qualifications for the role of support assistant:

• Care program, child and leisure program, or other equivalent education
• At least 2 years of experience working in LSS operations
• Meritorious with knowledge in clarifying pedagogy, AAC, low-affect response, and emotion regulation
