What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Nytida Österlen HVB Nytida Österlen HVB is a HVB (home for care or accommodation). We welcome individuals of any gender over 21 years old with mental disabilities, even in combination with substance abuse. We work towards long-term goals with a focus on strengthening the healthy.

Nytida Österlen is located in a beautiful residential area in Hammenhög in Skåne. Everyone who stays here has their own apartment. There are 14 apartments with staff available around the clock. The common areas include a kitchen, dining room, laundry rooms, therapy rooms, and a lounge.

Your tasks We are looking for summer substitutes for days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

You will be a support in everyday life based on the individual's needs. This can be practical support, planning, household chores, leisure activities, conversations, and walks.

Your experience and knowledge We are looking for you who:

• Love a varied job and meeting people in different situations

• Are creative, take responsibility, and enjoy teamwork

  Experience in social work and good computer skills are meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish is required. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Other Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Application deadline: March 15, 2026. Background check: A criminal record extract must be presented upon potential employment. As part of our work environment efforts, random drug testing may occur.
