Sanda Assistans was founded in Sandared by our CEO Betty Olsson. We have grown a bit over the years, but the heart remains in the right place. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in another person's everyday life.

We are looking for a female assistant who is a secure person and has both feet on the ground. Positivity and humor are also important cornerstones.

You will mostly work in the home where she lives with her mother. The woman needs help with most daily activities, such as dressing, cooking, and personal hygiene. You need to stay one step ahead as things can happen very quickly. The woman has autism and an intellectual disability.

If you have experience with autism and possess great patience, it is a significant plus.

We are primarily looking for hourly/needs-based employment that can lead to a fixed-term employment. If everything goes well, the work will primarily be every other Saturday and Mondays.

A driver's license is a requirement.
