The Social Administration includes elderly care, home healthcare, disability services, and individual and family care. Within IFO, we work with support for individuals and families in various life situations. We are in a development phase where we strengthen our work with early and needs-based interventions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a Social Worker, focusing on LSS.

As a social worker, you are responsible for investigating needs, assessing, deciding, and following up on interventions according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) and, where applicable, complementary interventions according to SoL. You follow up and ensure the quality of the granted intervention. The intervention includes contacts with other authorities and collaboration both internally and externally.

You will have support from a senior social worker for close supervision and participate in external process guidance.

At the Adult Unit, we are a close-knit team consisting of 10 social workers, one senior social worker, and one unit manager. There is also a social administrator linked to the unit. There are a total of two social workers in our municipality working with interventions according to LSS. You will closely collaborate with your colleague regarding inflow and distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Experience working in the Lifecare management system
• Experience in authority work with the target group of adults with disabilities within social services
• Experience working according to IBIC (Individual's Needs in Focus) or similar process models

You have a good ability to collaborate and build relationships, and you work in a structured manner with a professional approach. You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and have a secure communicative ability. We also welcome qualities such as a positive, engaged, and curious attitude, as we value employees who contribute to development and a good work climate. To succeed in the role, we believe you are flexible and have an easy time finding solutions to the challenges you face. You can work independently but are also a natural team player. You are professional and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
