organization that is now looking for a skilled IT support specialist. Here, you will handle cases via phone, chat, and at

our customer reception. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for at least six months with good

chances of extension. You need to have at least 1 year of experience in similar work, enjoy working with people,

and be motivated to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

For this assignment, you will be part of the team in the company's IT department that handles

a large number of incoming calls, chats, and cases per week. In addition to phone support, you will also

work on-site with users and also work in our customer reception. All cases (which can

come via phone, email, and web) must be registered.

Your tasks will include:

 Providing support on Microsoft's operating system Windows 11 and Microsoft 365).

 Troubleshooting PCs in a network environment and supporting in a user-friendly and understandable way.

 Administering and managing our computers, phones, and iPads via Microsoft Intune.

 Handling remote access and administration tools such as AD, DameWare, Exchange, and similar.

 At least 1 year of experience in technical support.

 High school education (or equivalent) in IT/data as well as good skills in IT/data.

 Good knowledge of both Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
