We are looking for an experienced System Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment in Eskilstuna. Here you will work to support users, manage systems, and participate in an important platform transition. The role is suitable for you who are senior, service-oriented, and enjoy varied tasks.

Location: Eskilstuna Scope: Full-time Assignment period: October 6, 2025 – July 31, 2026

Responsibilities

• System support for connected services and printed materials
• Manage support cases in various systems and always put the customer first
• Administer orders and ensure correct customer setup
• Participate in the transition from the old to the new platform
• Conduct master data cleansing and matching
• Onboard resellers
• Carry out migration activities such as training and data management

Possible additional tasks

• Invoicing to resellers
• Automation initiatives

Requirements

• Senior experience in digital solutions and IT
• Excellent communication skills
• Service-oriented and customer-focused
• Flexible and open to varied tasks
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
