We are now looking for an experienced project manager for an exciting and temporary consulting assignment in IT development.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving development assignments throughout the entire lifecycle – from requirements gathering to handover to management. You will work closely with an external supplier, lead workshops, and ensure that deliveries meet both schedule and budget. The role also involves planning and coordinating the testing phase, production deployment, and handover to management.

You are a structured and solution-oriented person who enjoys managing multiple parallel assignments simultaneously. You work meticulously with a focus on quality and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements workshops and produce clear requirement specifications. Collaborate with external development suppliers to create solution proposals. Follow up on the supplier's development work and ensure progress. Plan and coordinate the testing phase, production deployment, and handover to management.

Mandatory requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the last 5 years leading IT development assignments. Experience in driving assignments through all phases, from requirements to management. Experience leading requirements workshops. Experience in test management.

Desirable requirements

Experience from the public sector, preferably a government agency. Experience working with external suppliers. Good communication skills and experience reporting to steering groups.
