Your new role

As a Support Technician, you will be part of our client's team working closely with their users to ensure high availability and quality in our IT services.

You will:

- Assist customers with questions, problems, and troubleshooting via phone, remote access, and on-site regarding PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and uninstall software on both new and existing IT workplaces.
- Document and register customer cases in our case management system according to applicable SLAs.
- Collaborate with other support technicians and units.
- Always focus on creating satisfied and loyal customers.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
• Familiarity with working in case management systems and with remote access tools (RCW).
• Driver's license (B).
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
