Our client in Södermanland is looking for service desk technicians and onsite technicians. The client handles all types of cases related to healthcare systems, IT, or telephony, including fault reports, orders, user support, inquiries, requests, and access management.

This advertisement is for a recurring need, which means we are continuously looking for competent employees for the role of IT support. The assignments take place on-site in either Eskilstuna or Nyköping. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to keep the door open for new opportunities and is ready to take the next step in their career when the right assignment comes up.

Travel may occur in the position, hence a B driver's license is a requirement.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you will have customer contact and assist users with their problems. Customer contact primarily occurs via phone, and the issues may vary. You will independently troubleshoot and find solutions to technical problems and adapt the installation of computers and software to meet the company's needs. You will work with support for Windows operating systems and standard applications and provide daily user support to the entire organization via phone and ticketing systems.



Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you enjoy customer contact and are a star at problem-solving. You have good communication skills, both with customers and colleagues. As a person, you are self-driven, flexible, and analytical in your troubleshooting.

Requirements
•    Experience working in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Citrix
•    Experience in case management, phone support, and support with remote control tools
•    Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
•    B driver's license

Meritorious
•    Education in IT

Working hours are currently Monday to Friday divided into two different shifts (7-16 or 8-17) but may change according to business needs.
