Second Line Technician at Nordlo in Nyköping

The Role of Second Line Technician

As a Second Line Technician, you are a technically advanced resource in our Service Desk. You work closely with users and client environments and contribute to creating stable, secure, and modern IT solutions. You handle more advanced cases and are involved in driving improvements in our clients’ environments. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow into a consulting role, with more client-facing assignments and participation in larger projects.

Examples of tasks you will work on with us:

• Troubleshooting and user support via phone, email, remote, and on-site
• Administration and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Active Directory
• Client management (Intune/similar), installation, and deployment of computers and peripherals
• Access and account management, onboarding/offboarding
• Documentation, improvement suggestions, and standardization of routines
• Participation in smaller projects, changes, and planned work at the client
• On-site work at the client when needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in IT support/Service Desk, preferably in a 2nd line role or similar
• Is a curious and solution-oriented technician with a strong service mindset
• Takes responsibility, is structured, and thrives in a team with the client in focus
• Expresses themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good experience with Microsoft environments and client administration
• Enjoys a lot of client contact and working on-site in Nyköping and at the client when needed
• Has a B driver's license

Desirable skills

• In-depth experience in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and other tools for client and identity management
• Experience working in ticketing systems
