OP Assistans is looking for part-time substitutes for one of our clients in Sandviken.

ABOUT THE JOB

The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time. The work is performed where the client is located, which can be both inside and outside the client's home.

Working hours: 08:00 - 08:00 weekdays and weekends.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman living in her own accommodation in Sandviken.

Your tasks will include support with:

• Transfers and motor support

• Communication

• Personal care

• Supervision and maintenance of structure and routines

• Social and everyday activities

In addition to this, there are some requirements for you to be able to work with our client, namely:

• You are smoke-free

• You handle the Swedish language very well in communication and understanding

• You can work 24-hour shifts with waiting time

• You have sufficient physical capacity to manage an active workday

It is also advantageous if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or another care-related profession

Personal assistance should feel safe, respectful, and simple – as a natural part of life where the client has control. At OP, we have been working to create such assistance since 1998. Through precision, commitment, and a systematic approach, we ensure that the client's assistance works in practice. Since we are a smaller company, we build close and long-term relationships. Many of our managers have themselves worked as personal assistants and have a deep understanding of the profession. We know what is required for assistance to work in everyday life – not just in theory.

Even though we are small, we have access to support and resources from our larger group, Team Olivia. This means we can provide you with the personal service you need while having the security and stability of a larger organization. OP Assistans currently has 55 clients and about 400 employees who are employed full-time or part-time. The office is located in central Gävle.

To be employed with us at OP Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.
