Bravikens Pulp Mill is one of the world's most production-efficient pulp mills. With advanced technology, we refine the Swedish forest into innovative specialty papers that are used for magazines, books, direct mail, and packaging. Your Future Challenge

Our two loading planners are placed within the section of Detailed Planning/Loading, which currently consists of 21 employees.

In the position of loading planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that Bravikens products are delivered on time, to the right place, and in the right quantity. The main tasks include booking and planning transports, being the daily contact point with our marketing department, carriers, hauliers, authorities, and more. Deliveries are made by truck, container, and boat from our own port, where ship brokerage is also a natural part of the job.

To Succeed in the Role

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high service mentality, high attendance, and the ability to sometimes work overtime at short notice (both evenings and weekends). You enjoy routine tasks but can also handle problem-solving that requires great creativity and engagement. You have an easy time learning new business systems and have experience from the logistics and transport industry or alternatively the process industry.

We are looking for someone who is structured and engaged, has a natural drive, and high stress tolerance. You should find it easy to communicate with others and always have the customer in focus. You will continuously participate in the development of our logistics processes to increase customer satisfaction in the long term and ensure that we reach our goals. Furthermore, we see that you have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a merit.
