Your Role

As a Quality Coordinator, you will work operationally to ensure the quality of our products and processes. You will be involved in daily quality controls and improvement work, and manage quality documentation in our business system. The role is hands-on and involves working closely with production and our teams to solve problems and ensure that we maintain high quality at every step of our process.

Your main tasks include:

• Performing quality control both internally and externally
• Quality assurance and improvement work
• Registering and administering quality documentation in the IFS business system
• Analyzing quality issues by identifying root causes and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented.
• Participating in delivery control together with the responsible project manager and customer.
• Participating in First Article Inspection internally/externally
• Continuously reviewing quality in the operational flow and before delivery
• Initiating and leading teams to drive quality investigations

Your Profile

You have a knack for expressing yourself verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English, and the ability to present and communicate information, as the role requires you to clearly explain quality risks to others. You are driven to work in a dynamic environment with parallel projects and exciting new technology and can make quick decisions when necessary. We see that you have relevant education or equivalent competence with a focus on quality.

You have:

• For the role with us, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Lean Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC, A3, 5Why or equivalent
• Practical work experience and understanding of proactive work within the manufacturing of data and electronic systems

Meritorious:

• Technical education at university or college level or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within production quality
• ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• IPC standards
• Experience working with quality in a manufacturing environment
