Your Role

You will be part of the Project Management Office within the Dynamics Business Unit Missile Systems. You will join a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences that appreciate each other's differences and strive for an open and supportive culture.

As a project manager, your main task is to lead projects towards set goals within the entire product portfolio and product lifecycle of Missile Systems. This includes developing project planning, building a project team that works together towards set goals, and supporting the team with what is needed to achieve technical deliveries and financial targets. The role also involves regularly reporting project status to the project steering group and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years as a project manager, enjoys this role, and has learned to build successful teams through various challenges. You can navigate smoothly within the organization and are comfortable working independently and in a structured manner, both towards clear and unclear goals. We expect you to engage and inspire your colleagues as a project manager and contribute to a developing work environment.

To thrive in this role, you are a curious and motivated person with experience in product development of advanced systems, you enjoy variety, and you are a leader with strong communication skills. You are social and flexible with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new conditions and customer needs. We see it as a given that you want to be part of the development of your colleagues and actively participate in knowledge sharing.

You have a degree from a university or equivalent acquired experience.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
