Eltel works with planning, building, connecting, and maintaining communication networks. This is done on behalf of operators, network owners, authorities, and government agencies. As a project manager, you are responsible for preparing cost and revenue calculations for incoming jobs. You work closely with customers and colleagues to maintain schedules and ensure agreed deliveries. A large part of your work involves coordinating utilities in various types of infrastructure projects in Stockholm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating multiple fiber projects simultaneously, including both new establishments and relocations. Your tasks include preparing cost calculations for upcoming projects, organizing and distributing work in the field, and following up on the financial development of the projects. You ensure that the projects are conducted according to current guidelines and that the deliveries meet both Eltel's quality requirements and the customer's expectations. In this role, you have a central contact with colleagues, clients, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, focusing on maintaining and developing good relationships with customers.

• Participate in utility coordination with network owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure utilities are placed efficiently and correctly
• Analyze existing utility networks and plan new routes using GIS tools and other mapping programs
• Ensure that projects comply with current laws and guidelines
• Dimension and design the utility network according to project requirements and based on sustainability and cost

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has previous experience as a technician or project manager in fiber
• Has an interest in driving projects, with budget responsibility and resource planning
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience working in the IFS system
• Previous experience working towards SE-20

During the process, a security clearance and a background check will be conducted; therefore, you must have Swedish citizenship.
