Perfect job for you who are studying and want to work extra both weekdays and weekends. Here is a position as a personal assistant for a lovely and cheerful boy who lives every other week with his dad in central Stockholm and every other week with his mom in Sollentuna. For the right person, there is an important job for you who can work on an hourly basis during sickness or absence of regular staff, with the possibility of more hours.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and caring. You need to understand and communicate with the client as well as with other people in his daily life – relatives and colleagues. It is important that you are a person who can be flexible and step in to take extra shifts if a colleague is sick or on vacation. We support our client and each other in the workgroup.

The work as an assistant here is very varied but can best be described as support and care in everyday life, an important and responsible job that is also mixed with play and laughter! The client has assistance around the clock, and his assistants are also with him during school hours.

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

You who are applying need to be at least 18 years old. Responsible, positive, energetic, and proactive. You also need to be patient and let things take time sometimes. Most importantly, the chemistry must match, and you, like the rest of the team, want to create conditions for development and make every day valuable.

Meritorious Experience

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in care.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• On an hourly basis – extra as needed during the regular assistant's sickness absence and vacation.
• Varied working hours, daytime, evening, night, and also weekends.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
