Personal Assistant for a Happy Boy in Stockholm

Here is a job as a personal assistant for a lovely and cheerful boy who lives every other week with his dad in central Stockholm and every other week with his mom in Sollentuna. We are looking for the right person for a temporary position of about 50–75% starting in April/May. The shifts are mainly scheduled during the night.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and caring. You must understand and communicate with the client as well as with other people in his daily life – relatives and colleagues. It is important that you are a person who can be flexible and step in/change shifts if a colleague is sick. We support and cover for each other in the workgroup.

The work as an assistant here is very varied but can best be described as support and care in everyday life, an important and responsible job that is also mixed with play and laughter! The client has assistance around the clock, and his assistants are also with him during school hours.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

You who are applying need to be at least 18 years old. Responsible, positive, energetic, and proactive. You also need to be patient and allow things to take time sometimes. Most importantly, the chemistry must be right, and you, like the rest of the team, want to create conditions for development and make every day valuable.

Meritorious Experience

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in similar work.
• Experience in care.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement. We offer wellness and training.
