Personal Assistant Wanted for a Woman in Her 40s

We are now looking for an engaged and reliable personal assistant for a woman in her 40s who is warm, clear, and involved in her daily life. She is cognitively functioning well, expresses herself clearly, and values a respectful, attentive, and close collaboration.

The family and home are an important part of her life. She enjoys calm outings, nature, gardening, home decor, and participating in her children's activities. The household also includes a dog and a cat. Safety, comfort, and structure are important aspects of her daily routine.

She is wheelchair-bound and lives with MS, which means she needs assistance with all transfers and support in various daily tasks. At the same time, she is involved in her planning and clear about her needs, which creates good conditions for a successful collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will support her in daily life, including:

• Personal care
• Transfers
• Household chores
• Support during activities and outings
• Participation in the family's daily life

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman, approximately 25–55 years old
• Has a driver's license
• Is non-smoking and not allergic to pets
• Is calm, secure, and empathetic
• Is responsible and flexible
• Has experience in care (preferable)

Employment Types

We are currently looking for:

• Hourly substitute as needed
• Permanent position with a lower working degree
• Temporary position at 80% with the possibility of extension

Working hours may vary and will be scheduled according to a plan.
