DSV's Payroll Department is part of a Shared Service concept that supports areas such as HR, quality & environment, finance, security, real estate, and IT. As a Payroll Specialist at DSV, you will be one of a total of eleven colleagues in the HR and Payroll department. The department consists of three payroll specialists, five HR Business Partners, one HR coordinator, one HR manager, and one Payroll manager. The position is based at the headquarters in Landskrona, and you will report to the Payroll Manager.

About the Position

The payroll team at the headquarters in Landskrona is responsible for managing approximately 1,500 payrolls each month. Since the company consists of several internal departments, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process for two of these, which is about 500 salaried employees. You will also act as support and point of contact for payroll issues towards managers in these companies.

 Your main responsibilities;

- Operational work with the entire payroll process

- Internal reporting to finance

- External reporting to authorities

- Handling year-end and vacation year-end in the payroll system

- Supporting managers/employees in collective agreement issues regarding salary/compensation

- System administration in HR System

- Working on streamlining the payroll process

About You

To be considered for the position, you need to have

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as payroll, finance, or HR

- A couple of years of experience in qualified payroll work and competence in the entire payroll process

- Experience working with the interpretation of collective agreements

- Experience working in a system-oriented way with the payroll process, and knowledge of Agda is a plus

- Excellent skills in Swedish and English
