About the Workplace
At Kansli S within the Faculty of Social Sciences, we are 65 employees located in the Paradis area in the heart of Lund.
We provide qualified operational support for faculty management and the faculty's departments in education, management support, research, HR, finance, and communication.
We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey to create a more cohesive, clear, and efficient support for our departments and faculty management. Through modernization and restructuring, we strengthen the work environment, create better opportunities for professional development, and simplify workflows and decision-making paths. The HR department at Kansli S is now looking for an HR specialist who has a special passion for work environment and equal opportunities.

Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility
As an HR specialist with us, you will work closely with managers and leadership within the faculty. You will provide qualified support across the entire HR field, including rehabilitation, recruitment, negotiation, work environment, and preventive work. The role also includes HR administrative tasks. You will combine the operational with the strategic and adapt your support according to the needs of the organization. Your approach is consultative with an HR perspective that creates added value in daily operations.
In this role, you will have a coordinating shared responsibility for the faculty's work environment efforts and work with equal opportunities. This means you will drive, develop, and ensure the quality of processes within the faculty. You will also, in collaboration with colleagues both within the faculty and the university's overarching HR organization, develop and implement common processes and working methods within the HR field, which requires active participation in networks and various groups within the university.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a relevant academic degree in HR or equivalent education
- Has at least five years of experience in qualified HR work in a generalist role
- Experience with public labor law and associated collective agreements
- Experience in driving and coordinating work environment efforts at an overarching organizational level
- Has experience in driving and implementing HR processes
- Works independently and in a structured manner
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
- Has very good digital skills and is a frequent user of HR support systems
