The role suits you if you are flexible and can step in when regular staff are sick, on leave, or when the need is particularly high. Information about the position
As a Facility Manager with reception responsibilities, you are an important part of Swedbank's efforts to create a well-functioning and welcoming office.

The work is needs-based and adapted to the business, meaning you primarily work when regular staff are not on site or when extra resources are needed. Your workday is varied; one moment you welcome visitors at the reception, the next you support the business by coordinating matters related to the office environment. Of course, you will receive an introduction to quickly get into routines and working methods.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Staffing the reception, welcoming visitors, and managing the switchboard
• Handling security issues and alarms as well as ordering access cards
• Being the contact person for suppliers, contractors, and property owners
• Ensuring routines for operations, mail handling, and visits
• Handling administrative tasks related to premises and services

We are looking for someone who

• Has another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies or another job)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish

If you have experience in service work, it is an advantage.
