Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a goal-oriented and dedicated team of damage assemblers working to restore vehicles to their original condition, always with the customer's needs in focus. The role is practical and varied with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Assembling and disassembling parts on damaged cars
• Performing minor straightening work
• Working on repairs according to current guidelines and repair instructions
• Contributing to effective collaboration within the team

Who Are You

You have a relevant vocational education and several years of documented experience in similar tasks. You are accustomed to working with minor damages, and experience with more advanced repair tasks is considered an advantage.

We see that you:

• Have relevant vocational training and experience in damage repair
• Have good computer skills as all repair information is computerized
• Have experience or knowledge in frame straightening, welding, bonding, and riveting (advantageous)
• Have experience with the damage assessment program Cabas and/or our car brands (advantageous)
• Hold a B driver's license

As a person, you have a strong technical interest and enjoy working with others. You are positive, engaged, and take responsibility for your work.

• Good social skills and teamwork ability
• Easy to build good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Efficient, precise, and solution-oriented
• Ability to take initiative, even under time pressure
