Landskrona Omsorg AB is a municipal company that offers care and support housing, health and medical care, home care, as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The company will manage all municipal care operations in Landskrona from 2025 and is owned by Landskrona city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About us

The Quality Unit is tasked with supporting operational activities within home care, care and support housing, and functional support in their quality development and quality follow-up. We work closely with the operations and report to the operations manager, CEO, and the company's board.

The Quality Unit is a small unit with broad expertise and close collaboration, creating good conditions for knowledge sharing, quality, and development.

We are now looking for a driven and committed business developer who will primarily work with home care and be part of the home care management team.

Your mission

As a business developer, you are a central function in Landskrona Omsorg's work to achieve our goals and create improvements for our residents.

In this role, you will combine responsibilities for business development, quality management, and investigations of Lex Sarah. You will work strategically, analytically, and closely with the operations together with managers, staff, and other key individuals.

Examples of tasks:

  • Participate in and drive development around the core mission
  • Work with deviations and Lex Sarah investigations
  • Develop the company's model for quality management and self-assessments
  • Support managers in operational follow-ups, self-assessments, and analysis work
  • Lead and participate in project and development work in areas such as welfare technology, digitalization, and competence supply
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and participate in relevant networks

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • University education in a relevant field for the position
  • Several years of experience working in elderly care, preferably in a comprehensive and administratively qualified role
  • Good knowledge of laws, governing documents, and regulations that govern elderly care
  • High digital competence

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in operational follow-up within service delivery
  • Training in project and process management, goal management, analysis, or change management

You are analytical, self-driven, and structured. You collaborate well, are communicative, and build trust. You have a holistic perspective, work goal-oriented, and translate ideas into practice. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
