Do you want to build a long-term career in law within a modern organization where AI is a daily working tool? We are now looking for a paralegal who wants to grow with us and develop into a specialist in inheritance law.

About the role

As a paralegal, you will work on drafting legal documents with the support of AI, internal systems, and ready-made templates. You will be an important part of the work with wills, enduring powers of attorney, and other family law documents.

The work is primarily based at our office in Malmö. There may be opportunities for some remote work once you are self-sufficient in the role.

Education and development

Training takes place on-site with us. You will also undergo a structured internal training program through our partners, which includes three diploma courses. After successful completion of the training, you can internally title yourself as a Certified Inheritance Law Specialist.

We see this as a long-term investment and are looking for someone who wants to develop with us over time and build a career – not just have a temporary job.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

– Has completed higher education or equivalent educational level

– Is meticulous, structured, and responsible

– Has a strong desire to develop professionally and personally

– Is computer literate and comfortable with digital tools

– Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Employment form

The position begins with a 6-month probationary period according to applicable law.

Salary and compensation

During the introduction and training period, a fixed starting salary will apply. Once you have become self-sufficient in the role, a salary review will take place with the possibility of renegotiation based on competence, responsibility, and performance.

In addition to the base salary, there is an opportunity for a monthly bonus based on performance and the company's results.
