The main product purifies crankcase gases with extreme precision, a technology that is present in almost every modern truck on the roads today. With headquarters and production in Landskrona, R&D in Stockholm, and operations in both China and the USA, Alfdex is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for its new Finance Assistant.

About the Role

As a Finance Assistant, your main task will be to ensure smooth and accurate financial flows, focusing on accounts receivable and accounts payable. The role involves relieving senior colleagues and contributing to the team's continuity, while also providing good opportunities for development and contributing to future efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

The role involves handling central parts of daily finance to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes. Responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable: Manage the invoice flow in Medius, including matching against purchase orders and coding.
• Accounts Receivable: Responsible for customer invoicing and proactive follow-up of payments in an international environment.
• Bank & Payments: Perform ongoing bank reconciliations and manage payments.
• Administrative support: Assist the finance function with administrative tasks such as document management and coordination.
• Process development: Contribute to the efficiency and automation of financial routines and flows.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed post-secondary education in finance, preferably at the university or college level
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, as the role involves daily international contacts
• Has good computer and system skills, primarily within Excel and the rest of the Office suite
• Is analytical, quick to learn, and enjoys working in a structured and meticulous manner

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from service professions or administrative work
• Experience with financial systems
