Education Producer at the Labor Market and Social Administration
The Labor Market and Social Administration is now looking for an education producer who wants to drive, develop, and structure our learning. This is a role for you who want to take responsibility, create clarity, and contribute to making competence development actually work in everyday life – in a large and socially important organization.
Responsibilities
As an education producer, you will be a key person and driving force in the work of developing e-learning courses and learning initiatives that strengthen both employees and the organization. The role involves driving the work forward, creating structure, and collaborating with colleagues to clarify how we work with learning.
You will be responsible for creating, designing, and administering training in our LMS and are expected to take an active role in developing how the system is used in the organization. The assignment includes:
- Production of e-learning courses: Create, design, and further develop e-learning courses based on scripts and content produced by subject matter experts and specialists, focusing on quality, usability, and effectiveness in everyday life.
- Pedagogical structure and learning focus: Actively support the organization in developing materials and content for educational production. Ensure that training has a clear pedagogical structure, is tailored to the target audience, and meets both pedagogical and technical requirements.
- Development of tools and processes: Initiate and develop user-friendly tools, templates, and methods that create efficiency, equality, and quality in the production and management of training.
- Support and training in the system: Train and guide subject matter experts and colleagues in how to work in the LMS, for example by setting up instructor-led training sessions and simpler e-learning courses. This includes taking a clear role as a knowledge bearer and educator.
- Innovation, accessibility, and security: Follow developments in AI support and digital learning and actively work with accessibility requirements (WCAG, DOS law) and information security.
- Collaboration with suppliers: Participate in and manage external collaborations and procurements according to LOU.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant academic education in pedagogy, information technology, digitalization, media production, or a similar field that the employer deems equivalent (at least 180 credits). Certification in educational technology or training/competence in relevant tools for educational production is an advantage.
To be considered for the role, you should have experience working with competence development and experience in media production, including recording video and audio, handling editing and processing programs such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, or equivalent programs. Experience in creating and managing illustrations and images in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent programs is also crucial. You should also have an understanding of graphic design, user experience, user interface, and system adaptations.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with competence development related to LMS and e-learning. Practical experience in developing interactive educational elements, such as quizzes, simulations, or gamification, can also be beneficial for creating engaging learning environments.
We are looking for someone who is driven, structured, and has a natural sense of collaboration and learning. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a strong pedagogical insight, where you can engage, communicate, and adapt your work to different target groups. You build relationships easily and enjoy working together with others to achieve the best possible results.
Finally, you should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English.
